Job Description
As a Product Solutions Specialist, you are responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new client relationships in the Benelux and France. You have in-depth knowledge of our software solutions and understand the challenges investment providers face. Through a consultative approach, you work closely with clients to help them optimize processes, improve data quality, and save costs using our technology.
You act as the link between the client and the technical team at FinFiles. By clearly mapping out client needs, you ensure that the solutions we offer perfectly match their requirements and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Benelux and France.
- Identifying new opportunities with potential clients through consultative selling.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and pain points.
- Translating client needs into technical specifications and solutions in collaboration with the internal development team.
- Supporting clients in implementing and fully utilizing FinFiles software, including the API integrations with Morningstar.
- Advising clients on process improvements, quality enhancements, and cost savings through the use of our products.
- Actively contributing to product development by gathering and communicating customer feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelors / Master’s degree) working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector or IT.
- Fluency in both French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make technical information understandable for non-technical clients.
- Experience with APIs and data management is a plus.
