NVB - Herziening MiFIR/MiFID 2 nodig op onderdelen

De Europese regels voor de financiële markten en beleggen moeten beleggers beter beschermen en financiële markten transparanter maken. Maar dit doel wordt nog niet op alle onderdelen van de richtlijn markten voor financiële instrumenten (Mifid 2) bereikt. Daarom zijn op een aantal onderwerpen rond beleggersbescherming (zoals kostentransparantie, ‘product governance’ en distributievergoedingen) en marktinfrastructuur (zoals ‘consolidated tape’) aanpassingen nodig.

FinDatEx launches new TPT v5 template for Solvency II

On 16 January 2020, Financial Data Exchange Templates (FinDatEx) published a new version of the Solvency II Tripartite Template (“TPT”).

FinDatEx is a joint structure established by representatives* of the European financial services sector industry with a view to coordinate, organise and carry out standardisation work to facilitate the exchange of data between stakeholders in application of European financial markets legislation, such as MiFID II, PRIIPs and Solvency II.
